At the 43rd annual convention of the Northeast Modern Languages Association, held March 15-18th in Rochester, New York, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel downtown:

-Dr Joaquin Gomez presented “Távoras’ Staging of the Transformation of the Andalusian Identity in Contact with the Global Era”

-Dr Kodjo Adabra presented “Effets de la tentative journalistique de Mongo Béti pour une redéfinition de l’Afrique francophone”

-Dr Beverly Evans presented “Effective Practices to Welcome, Inform and Support Contingent Faculty”
